Purchases go through Paypal.  Once the payment has been recived, within 2-4 days, you shall recieve an email containing a zip file with the files.

These locomotives have only been tested in TRS2006.  They should work fine in Trainz Classics/Railways and TS2009.

New Info
I strongly suggest you backup any purchases you make onto a CD immediately. 

Please save and or copy your transactions from paypal or the numbers incase you change email addresses.

If you lose your purchase you do not have to repurchase it. You must email us using your paypal email or send us the receipt or transaction number. If you don't have your old email or don't remember it we will have to verify that it is you and you can save yourself the trouble by keeping your receipts.

Ordering and receiving your purchase Questions
Q: I placed an order and haven't received anything telling me what do to next.
A: When your order is sent to paypal and then to our site there is no instant reply or files. You will have to wait for us to send the files.

Q: When I place an order how do I receive it?
A: When you place an order, you will recieve a zip file from the email stated in your paypal account. 

Q: I didn't get the locomotive I ordered or I got one that I didn't order.
A: If there was a mistake filling your order just simply email us back using the same email you received the order from and let us know. Any additional locomotive you receive by accident are free. 

Q: I placed an order but I haven't received anything yet, what do I do?
A: We do not have an automatic responding system but we usually respond very quickly. Our maximum time limit is 96 hours, so if you do not receive an email in that time you should contact davidmonagle@comcast.net.

Q: What is PayPal and why do I have to order through them?
A: Paypal is the service that handles all our payware/donationware transactions because they can accept credit card/debit card payments. 

General Info

Q: I don't see the diesel model that I like, can I request it?
A: We would like to hear your requests for future models which you can submit through email or our forums. 

Q: Where is my favorite road name??
A: You can email us to request your favorites as that will influence what road we do next. 

Q: Do you do special requests on roadnames?

A: Yes, but it will cost a bit more than the basic cost of the locomotive.

Q: I can't pay through Paypal because I don't have a credit card/debit card what do I do?
A: I'm afraid we don't have anything setup besides paypal.
